Refund Policy

TL;DR

Your first Pro purchase — monthly ($2.99) or yearly ($14.99) — is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime to stop renewals; partial-period refunds aren't issued. Canceled subscriptions keep Pro access until the end of the paid period.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every first Glitch Pro subscription — monthly or yearly — is backed by a 14-day money-back guarantee. If Pro isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your initial purchase date and we'll return your payment in full. No reason required, though feedback helps us improve.

The guarantee applies once per customer to the first paid subscription. Subsequent renewal charges, upgrades, and re-subscriptions after a previous refund are not covered (see Section 3).

2. Cancel Anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal (link in your receipt) or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future renewals immediately — you will not be charged again. Pro features remain active until the end of the current billing period; you don't lose access the moment you cancel.

3. What Is Not Refundable

  • Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the initial purchase date.
  • Subscription renewal charges (monthly or yearly) — cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
  • Partial-period or pro-rata refunds for the unused portion of a billing cycle after cancellation.
  • Re-subscriptions after a previous refund has been issued for the same account.
  • Purchases made through a third-party reseller or marketplace (please contact that seller directly).
  • Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us — please reach out so we can resolve issues quickly.
  • Subscriptions revoked due to abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

4. Renewal Reminders

Lemon Squeezy sends a renewal reminder email before each yearly renewal so you have a chance to cancel before being charged. Monthly renewals occur silently on the same day each month. You can review your next billing date at any time in the customer portal.

5. Accidental or Duplicate Charges

If you were billed twice, charged after canceling, or otherwise believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 60 days of the charge and we will investigate and refund any erroneous billing in full, regardless of the 14-day guarantee window.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancel

Email glitch@tamasvi.com from the address you used at checkout and include the following:

  • Order number or Lemon Squeezy receipt (any of: order ID, subscription ID, or last 4 digits of the card used).
  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • Whether you'd like to refund-and-cancel, or simply cancel future renewals.
  • Optional: a brief note on what didn't work for you — feedback genuinely helps us improve Pro.

We typically respond within 24 hours and approve eligible refunds the same business day. You can also cancel directly from the Lemon Squeezy customer portal — no email needed.

7. Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy back to the original payment method. Card refunds typically post within 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds usually appear within 1–3 business days. Any VAT or sales tax collected at checkout is refunded along with the principal amount.

8. Loss of Pro Access

When a refund is issued, your Pro subscription is canceled and the Extension reverts to the Free tier at the next license re-validation (within 7 days, or immediately on browser restart). The Free tier remains fully usable indefinitely. All locally stored data — bookmarks, notes, preferences — is preserved.

9. Statutory Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with statutory cancellation rights for digital subscriptions, your legal rights are unaffected by this policy. Where local law requires a longer cooling-off period than 14 days, the longer period applies.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. The policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase and its renewals.
